I am a student doing research on the new exchanges that will be put in place due to new healthcare regulations. I wanted to see if you could give me some info on the current status of the plans for the exchange. Will the technology side of the exchange be set up and run by the gov or be privately contracted? Any info you have would be greatly appreciated.
